Since the beginning of the UFO movement in the late 1940s, beliefs about what the aliens are like and the purpose of their visits to Earth have changed numerous times. The first claims of extended contact with alien beings in the early 1950s were covered up in a discovery now known as "The Darkness File". A seemingly human entity going by the name of William Sprowl claimed that their nature was that of an extraterrestrial existence and in a hushed operation the CIA began working with Mr. Sprowl in hopes that they could prove alien existence once and for all. Mr. Sprowl, known as Subject 45, would come to unlock the secrets of the universe with a close-knit team of scientists. At 3:41am on January 3rd of 1952 the research facility housing Subject 45 suffered a viral outbreak and all those working on "The Darkness File" perished. The facility sat unbothered for over 50 years and you have just stumbled up on the unlocked door to the facility. Can you find "The Darkness File" and make your escape? One of the most horrific storms for the century just swept through your county and you’ve managed to survive as your home has been ripped to shreds. In the middle of nowhere without a neighbor for miles, your only hope is to find your cell phone in hopes that first responders can get your location.
As you sift through the rubble, you uncover an old FM radio and you hear an emergency alert. “Miami County was just hit with an F5 tornado and another supercell is forming a second tornado as we speak. If you can safely get to a sturdy building, safe room, basement or storm cellar than do so immediately.”
Can you manage to call for help in time or will you be lost in the rubble of the second devastating twister?

RULES AND REGULATIONS

Arrive 15 minutes prior to your start time to go over rules, guidelines and regulations and to sign our waiver. Games start on time regardless if anyone is running late.

CELL PHONES, cameras, bags, keys, lighters, pens or paper are forbidden. Players will not be allowed to take these items into our escape rooms.
A locker will be provided to secure these items.

Players under 18 must have a parent/legal guardian sign their waiver. Also, players under 14 must be accompanied by an adult who is 18 years old or older.

Players are not to damage or vandalize items. Players will be responsible for any intentional damage to the room.

Clues found should be placed on a table or desk. This allows the staff to find them easily to redistribute for the next group playing the game.

We reserve the right to stop the game at any point if rules are broken.

Do not show up intoxicated. Any bad behavior will result in termination of the game.

We will take pictures at the end of the game. These pictures may be posted on our website, Facebook page, Twitter, Instagram or other social media platforms. You are welcome to post them as well.

There may be certain physical limitation requirements for our game including crawling, tight spaces, low lighting and handcuffs.

Be RESPECTFUL of your teammates, our staff, our puzzles, our sets and our locks. Do not force locks open or break items. That's cheating and will result in removal from the game.
FAQ
Q: Will there be strangers in the room with us?
A. NO! All of our games are currently private. Once you book, the rest of the available slots are closed off to insure it will just be you and your group in the room.
Q. Are the rooms scary?
A. Some of our games have "horror elements" but there are no live actors in the room to scare you. Think of them as thematic sets... not active scares.
Q. Are your rooms handicap accessible?
A. Our facility is not handicap accessible, but we try to make every effort to accommodate everyone so please call us to see if we can make arrangements for you!
Q. What are the recommended ages for your escape games?
A. We recommend players be at least 12 years old due to the complexity of the games. Younger children may not enjoy the experience and may hinder your ability to enjoy the game's full potential. Players under the age of 16 MUST have an adult 18 OR OVER attend and play the game with them.
Q. Do I need a reservation?
A. Yes. Our games are timed and require reservations either by clicking "Book Now" or calling us at 765-460-7863.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. Things happen! Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations less than 24 hours will not receive a refund of any deposits paid.
Q. The room says max of 6, can I bring more than that if I have more players?
A. Our room capacities are based on the room square footage and puzzle content. Extra players will not be permitted.
