STREAPER'S ENTERTAINMENT

ASSUMPTION OF RISK, RELEASE OF LIABILITY, AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

This document is a legally binding agreement. By entering Streaper's Entertainment and participating in any attraction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Assumption of Risk, Release of Liability, and Hold Harmless Agreement.

PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

I understand that I am voluntarily participating in activities at Streaper's Entertainment, including but not limited to Streaper's Nightmare Haunted Attraction, Streaper's Escape Games, and any special events or attractions operated by Streaper's Entertainment. I acknowledge that these attractions are designed to be physically and emotionally intense and may involve frightening, startling, and physically demanding experiences.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

I understand that participation may involve risks including darkness and limited visibility, loud noises, music, sirens, alarms, sudden sound effects, strobe lights, flashing lights, fog, haze, theatrical effects, uneven terrain, ramps, stairs, confined spaces, narrow passageways, crawling, hidden passageways, climbing over or under designated obstacles, completing interactive tasks, sudden scares, physical contact from actors, contact with props, scenery, moving set pieces, animatronics, simulated violence, horror themes, blood effects, disturbing imagery, and intense psychological experiences.

I understand that Streaper's Nightmare Haunted Attraction is a hands on interactive experience. Actors, props, scenery, and animatronics may intentionally touch participants. I may also be required to crawl, complete physical tasks, discover hidden passageways, or follow specific instructions in order to continue through the attraction.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITIES

I agree to follow all instructions provided by staff at all times. I will obey posted rules and verbal directions. I will treat actors, employees, volunteers, and other guests respectfully. I will not strike, push, grab, or intentionally make unwanted contact with actors or staff. I will not intentionally damage scenery, props, animatronics, puzzles, locks, equipment, or facilities. I will not participate while under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs. I will immediately notify staff if I become injured or experience a medical emergency. I understand that failure to follow these rules may result in immediate removal from the attraction without refund.

ESCAPE GAMES

I understand that the escape games require searching for hidden clues, solving puzzles, opening compartments, moving throughout themed environments, and following instructions provided by the Game Master. I agree not to use excessive force on locks, props, puzzles, doors, furniture, or any game components and will immediately report damaged equipment or unsafe conditions to staff.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS

I certify that I am physically capable of participating. I understand these attractions may not be suitable for individuals with heart conditions, seizure disorders, pregnancy, severe anxiety, panic disorders, respiratory conditions aggravated by fog effects, back, neck, or joint injuries, claustrophobia, recent surgery, or any medical condition that could be worsened by physical activity or sudden fright. Participation is entirely voluntary and at my own risk.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release, waive, discharge, and agree not to sue Streaper's Entertainment, its owners, employees, actors, volunteers, contractors, sponsors, affiliates, landlords, and agents from any and all claims for bodily injury, illness, emotional distress, property damage, death, or any other loss arising from or related to my participation, except for claims resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct where such liability cannot legally be waived.

PROPERTY DAMAGE

I accept full responsibility for any damage I intentionally or negligently cause to buildings, props, scenery, costumes, animatronics, escape room equipment, puzzles, furnishings, or any other property belonging to Streaper's Entertainment.

PHOTO AND VIDEO RELEASE

I understand that photographs or video recordings may be taken during or around the attractions. I grant Streaper's Entertainment permission to use my image, likeness, and voice for advertising, marketing, promotional materials, social media, and other business purposes without compensation.

MINORS

Participants under the age of 18 are acknowledging their parent/guardian have given explicit permission to attend this attraction and/or buy tickets in their name.  Any parent dropping their child off at our attraction is aware of this waiver and/or the possibility that criminal actions can apply should minors not follow all rules and guidelines.  

AGREEMENT

By purchasing admission, signing electronically, or entering any attraction operated by Streaper's Entertainment, I acknowledge that I have carefully read this entire agreement, fully understand its contents, understand that I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to bring certain legal claims, and voluntarily agree to all terms and conditions contained herein.
